SAMADHI SOUL YOGA CLASSESMays and Scarlett will hold space for you throughout the retreat inviting you to move into a safe, effective and therapeutic yoga practice. With over 30 years teaching experience between us, we will both be present in every class, one teaching and the other guiding and adjusting to your individaul levels - a deep dive into yoga! If yoga is new to you as a beginner we will make sure you can access the postures with modifications suited to your level and if you are a long time practitioner or even yoga teacher we meet you where you are allowing you to take your practice to the next level.

MORNING SESSIONSWe will start every morning with a Dynamic Yoga Practice based on elements from ashtanga vinyasa to activate your physical and energetic bodies. Using breathing techniques such as pranayama and guided meditations, we will support you to balance your physical, energetic, emotional and mental bodies.

AFTERNOON SESSIONSIn the afternoon we enjoy a different flavour of relaxing practices such as heart opening yin or hatha yoga. These meditative sessions are your invitation to slow down and cultivate a loving and gentle attitude to yourself allowing you to open and release at the level of the heart centre.

EVENING YOGA NIDRA SESSIONSThe evening practice of Yoga Nidra meditation will be a deeply restorative & relaxing practise to help send you off to a blissful sleep. Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is shown in research to help reduce stress, anxiety, depression & improving mood disorders. If there is some habit or addiction that you are working to eliminate from your life, this magical practice could be the key to long term change and healing.

COMPLEMENTARY NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONThis retreat is all about addressing individual needs on all levels with nutrition being a hugely important aspect. As a fully qualified Nutritionist as well as yoga teacher Mays will provide every guest with a 30 minute nutritional consultation. Whether you have digestive issues, fatigue, brain fog, stress, anxiety, insomnia or any other chronic conditions, every guest will receive personalised nutritional advice to help learn how to make long lasting lifestyle changes, regaining vitality, with tools to take home to move towards living life the Healthy Mays way. Mays will also hold group nutrition talks to explain her top tips for health and vitality.

COMPLEMENTARY BREATHWORK OR HYPNOTHERAPYWith over 20 years of training and experience as a holistic therapist Scarlett will be offering each participant a 30 minute breathwork or hypnotherapy session. Her immersive breathwork sessions, utilize conscious connected and downregulation breathing techniques to unlock emotional release and inner transformation in a safe and supportive environment, helping you to achieve deep healing and heightened self-awareness. Her transformative hypnotherapy sessions, allow you to access your subconscious mind and release deep-seated blocks. By combining relaxation techniques and positive suggestions, she can help individuals take steps towards their personal growth and healing.

SAMADHI SOUL NOURISHMENTFood is life. What we put in our body directly impacts on our health and wellbeing. We will be eating healthy, plant based, gluten free, nutritious meals that will cleanse, repair and detoxify the body, filling us with energy and increasing our life force. Meat eaters never miss the meat, that we can guarantee! The overall nutrition theme for the retreat will be to improve gut health with lots of ferments, kombucha & other delights to ensure our tummies are happy. You can look forward to fresh locally sourced ingredients, living nutritious foods, yummy juices & vibrantly delicious dinners all made with our magical secret ingredients: passion and love. Mays will personally design our nutritionally balanced gut nourishing menu with one of Ibiza's most sought after chefs. She will also host several gut and liver detox nutrition workshop to help explain the Healthy Mays way of living to the guests alongside personalised 1-1 nutrition sessions & supplement suggestions.. In case of your cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
For 20-26 Sept 2025 - The outstanding amount may be refunded up until 20 July 2025
Between 20 July - 20 Aug only 50% of the remaining amount is refundable
After 20 Aug no refunds are possible, however you may transfer your spot to someone else.

Meet Scarlett, a dedicated soul on a journey that spans over three decades, marked by worldwide travels and profound spiritual quests. Her path has been unconventional and independent, leading to a deep understanding of spiritual practice and conscious living.
Scarlett’s yoga journey ignited in her early twenties during extensive travels through Asia, where she found solace in the embrace of nature and the sacred places of worship.
I was once a very different person to who I am today. I had built a successful career in advertising, whilst, numbing myself to the stresses of life with a typical London lifestyle. I was unaware that what I was really seeking was what yogis call ‘samadhi’ - a state of eternal bliss deep inside us all. The joy I was looking for was already inside me, I just had to find it.
I was always into yoga but never committed to a daily regular practise.
Her spiritual odyssey eventually guided her to the heartland of India. In Ibiza, under the mentorship of Godfrey Devereux, she was introduced to Ashtanga, the eightfold path, and Advaita teachings. Scarlett’s yoga practice evolved, both on and off the mat, transforming concepts into tangible experiences. Meditation, asana, and the wisdom of Patanjali’s sutras unraveled the mysteries of daily existence, revealing the true ‘Flow’ of life.
As the years passed, Scarlett’s spiritual journey deepened through the teachings of Tantra, infusing her life with color, meaning, and depth. Surrender, gratitude, connection, and, above all, love, became the cornerstones of her existence.
With over three decades of dedicated exploration, Scarlett has emerged as a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), a Continued Education Provider (YACEP), a Hatha, Ashtanga & Tantra Teacher, a Pranayama Teacher, and an Asana Expert. She’s a 50hr, 200hr, 300hr, Yoga Teacher Trainer, a Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainer, a 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Transformational Breathwork Coach, a Sound Healer, and a Power Plant Ceremonial Space Holder. Scarlett is also a Bodyworker, Hypnotherapist & Spiritual Lifestyle Coach.
Today, Scarlett envisions a world where individuals embrace spiritual teachings & practices, unlocking their true potential and enriching their lives and the lives of those around them with relaxation, peace, joy, smiles, laughter, and love.

One day, however, I was lying in savasana, at the end of a gruelling bikram class, when I heard a voice inside my head. It told me that yoga was my entry point to the joy I had been seeking, and I needed to go to India to deepen my learnings.
I enrolled in an ashtanga course. I woke up at 6am everyday to practise Mysore style Ashtanga and six months later, I quit my advertising job and flew back to India to take an Ashtanga Yoga teacher training. In India I was reborn through the healing powers of yoga. I graduated from my class, and was immediately offered a teaching job. The universe was giving me clear signs! Over the next five years I spent my summers in London and winters in India and Thailand - gaining my 500 hour advanced TTC in Ashtanga as well as my Reiki Master whilst teaching and learning.
My life changed when I listened to that voice inside my head, which I now see as my higher power guiding me. I realised that you can find the peace you are seeking internally. I learnt the meaning of self-care and self-love and slowly yet steadily I grew into the person I am today. I was always an avid cook but through my winters in Asia, my interests grew massively in health and nutrition dabbling in veganism for many years. A huge part of my healing journey was related to food and diet. This avid interest in the healing powers of nature led me to three years of diploma study.
The way I work is unique in that not only have I studied for over 5 years to graduate as a nutritionist with continuous study, but I also have over 10 years experience in holistic healing with yoga, meditation, breathwork and energy work. I passionately believe in the healing power of nature and that you must heal the mind alongside diet and lifestyle. You cannot fix one without the other. I support my clients to heal holistically through nutrition consultations, guided meditations, yoga, pranayama breathwork, reiki, quantum energy healing, and somatic trauma release therapy all offered at my transformational retreats. There's nothing I love more than sharing my knowledge and positive energy to help my clients achieve their goals to heal.
